Upcoming Events
ATRC, the Honolulu Community Action Program (HCAP), and the Institute
for Human Services (IHS) welcome individuals seeking employment,
who have special needs to J-Track located at the ATRC computer
laboratory in Iwilei. We are within short walking distance of both
the IHS Women’s and Families’ Shelter and the IHS Men’s
Shelter.
J-Track will provide specific support-for individuals seeking
employment and need to learn how to use computers, how to submit
a resumes and how to use the Internet for job searches.

Video work
Digital still photography
computer based applications
Activities will depend on the skill level and interests
of the participants
